Mose Harris IV, MSW
Mr. Mose Harris IV has over two decades of experience in obtaining civilian/federal internships, navigating civilian/federal employment, and counseling individuals to prepare them for career success. As a USDA 1890 Scholar during his undergraduate collegiate years, Mr. Harris was afforded multiple opportunities within the federal government. Each opportunity brought its own unique set of experiences that he utilizes in his counseling of professionals in providing them with the tools needed to make the most of every employment opportunity. |
Mr. Harris feels a strong foundational work ethic is the first step to getting noticed by employers. He believes the most incredible on-the-job accomplishments will not be viewed as such if it is not properly conveyed on paper. He has seen far too often, eager professionals underselling their skillsets on their resume and ultimately overlooked by employers. Mr. Harris strives to help individuals effectively capture the knowledge and skills gained through employment to showcase their potential for greatness in the eyes of the employer.
Mr. Harris spent six years with the U.S. Forest Service as an Environmental Scientist assisting with the drafting of legal research documents prior to project implementation. In 2011, he began working at the collegiate level assisting students with career preparedness and positioning them for career success. Upon receiving his Masters, he managed the federal internship program for the Center for Defense and Homeland Security at Fayetteville State University where he successfully placed students with some of the top federal agencies in the country. With over 1,500 professional consultations, over 700 resume and cover letter write-ups and critiques, and over 1,000 interactive workshops conducted for both large and small groups, Mr. Harris has seen multiple clients receive interviews and job placements.
The amount of effort he pours into assisting clients and conducting workshops clearly documents that professional development is his passion as he lives to see others achieve career success.
